Ingredients
1 ½ lbs ground beef
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon paprika (smoked or sweet)
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
Tortillas (8-12), warmed
Toppings: avocado, cilantro, lime, jalapeño (optional)
Instructions
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook onion and garlic until softened.
Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking apart with a spatula.
Stir in cumin, paprika, chili powder, and salt until meat is coated.
