Ingredients
4 bone-in chicken thighs (or turkey thighs)
1/4 cup olive oil (avocado oil optional)
1 cup peanut butter-based BBQ sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar (or coconut sugar)
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Paprika, garlic powder, onion powder
Black pepper
Instructions
Pat chicken dry with paper towels
Rub oil onto skin
Season with paprika, brown sugar, garlic/onion powders, and pepper
Bake skin-side up at 400°F for 25 minutes
Brush with 1/2 cup BBQ sauce, increase heat to 425°F
Flip thighs, bake 8-10 minutes
Spritz final sauce using a fine mister
