Ingredients
Ground Beef (halal)

Lasagna Noodles
12 oz
Parmesan Cheese (grated)
1 cup
Tomato Paste
1 cup
Italian Sausage (halal, optional)
1 lb
Heavy Cream
1 cup
Salt
To taste
Italian Herbs (oregano, basil, rosemary)
1 tsp
Pepper
To taste
Instructions
Heat oil in a large soup pot over medium heat. Cook ground beef until browned. Add halal sausage (if using) and cook 5 minutes until browned.
Add tomato paste, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Stir in broth and simmer 10 minutes.
Add uncooked lasagna noodles. Partially cover and cook 15-20 minutes until noodles soften.
Stir in 1 cup heavy cream and 1 cup grated parmesan. Cook 5 minutes until broth thickens.

Use no-boil noodles for easiest cooking
Substitute ground turkey or vegan meat for ground beef
Omit sausage for lighter soup
