Ingredients
Lettuce, 1 head (iceberg or romaine)
Cherry tomatoes, 1 pint (halved)
Cucumber, 1 medium (sliced into spears)
Red onion, 1 small (thinly sliced into half moons)
Feta cheese, 1 cup (crumbled)
Grilled chicken, 2 cups (shredded)
Extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons
Fresh lemon juice, 1 tablespoon
Dried oregano, 1 teaspoon

Instructions
Wash lettuce, spin dry, and tear into large pieces
Halve cherry tomatoes and slice cucumber into spears
