Description

A vibrant Mediterranean fruit salad bursting with seasonal sweetness and acidity. Perfect for picnics or summer gatherings, this easy recipe combines watermelon, strawberries, kiwi, and tangy lime dressing for a refreshing treat.


Ingredients

Strawberries (1 cup, hulled and halved)
Watermelon (2 cups, cubed)
Kiwi (2 medium, sliced)
Blueberries (1 cup, frozen/thawed or fresh)
Lime (1, zested and juiced)
Cherry tomatoes (1 cup, halved)
Mint leaves (1 tbsp, chopped)
Chili flakes (optional, 1/4 tsp)
Honey (optional, 1 tsp)


Instructions

Wash and pat dry all fruits
Hull and halve strawberries
Peel and slice kiwi
Cube watermelon and remove seeds
Halve cherry tomatoes and blot excess moisture
In a bowl, combine all prepared fruits
Whisk lime zest, lime juice, honey (if using), and chili flakes (if using)
Drizzle dressing over salad
Gently toss to combine
Top with chopped mint

Notes

Substitute blueberries with mango cubes or pineapple for variation
Serve chilled or at room temperature
