Description

Roasted corn wrapped in buttery, garlicky foil becomes golden and juicy, perfect for casual meals or barbecues. This easy method caramelizes the sweetness while locking in flavor.

Ingredients

Fresh corn on the cob (4 ears)
Melted unsalted butter (4 tablespoons)
Minced garlic (4 cloves)
Salt (1 teaspoon)
Black pepper (1/2 teaspoon)
Optional: Cumin or paprika (1/4 teaspoon)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
Shuck corn, leaving one husk layer. Rub kernels with a small amount of butter
Mix melted butter, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl
Place each corn ear on foil. Spoon 1-2 tablespoons garlic butter over kernels
Fold foil tightly to create封闭 packs
Roast for 30 minutes until kernels are tender and golden
Unwrap and serve warm

Notes

Use vegan butter substitute for dairy-free version
Add optional spices for smoky/spicy variations
Corn must be fresh with silks removed
Foil prevents mess while concentrating flavors
