Ingredients
1 (12 oz) container strawberries
1/2 cup heavy cream
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp bloomed gelatin sheets
Instructions
Chill whisking bowl and beaters
Whisk heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form
Fold in bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved
Reserve 1/2 cup of mixture for topping
Layer washed strawberries in serving cups
Add reserved berries to top
Pour cream mixture over strawberries
Chill 2 hours until set
Notes
Use ripe, firm strawberries
Substitute coconut cream for vegan option
Use agar agar instead of gelatin
Add 6 reserved berries as freshest garnish just before serving
