Ingredients

Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat), 2 cups
Fresh strawberries, 1 pint
Honey or maple syrup, 1/4 cup
Granola, 1/2 cup
Almond butter, 1 tablespoon
Sliced almonds, 1/4 cup
Vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon


Instructions

Wash and halve the strawberries.
Whisk Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup until smooth.
If using almond butter and vanilla, stir them into the yogurt mixture.
Toss sliced almonds with a pinch of sea salt in a separate bowl.
In a glass or jar, layer half the strawberries at the bottom.
Spoon half the yogurt mixture over the strawberries.
Sprinkle half the crumble layer (granola + sliced almonds) on top.
Repeat the layers (strawberries, remaining yogurt mixture, and crumble) for a final serving of four parfaits.

Notes

Use plain Greek yogurt for more flexibility in adjusting sweetness.
For vegan options, substitute honey/maple syrup with agave syrup (1/4 cup).
Almond butter and vanilla extract are optional for added richness and flavor depth.
Leftover parfaits can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours; consume within that time for optimal texture.
